In order to actualize these core objectives, we have and maintain an efficient Quality Assurance Programme that has been developed in conjunction with all management functions.

Coy Ltd, the function of Quality Management is seen to exist through our organization to the extent necessary to ensure that the acceptance and performance bench-mark of our services are continually met. This policy or mind-set is supported by a system for continuous improvement which cuts across very aspect of our company business dealings.

It is Nigitrade's corporate Quality Management Policy that all operations/activities are planned and executed in such a way as to meet the desired expectations of our clients by providing products, services and solutions which provide value in terms of high quality that is supported by strictly agreed specifications and standards.

All our operations, productions and procurements are usually subjected to rigorous Quality Assurance Surveillance and Audits by our Project Quality Management Personnel.This is to ensure that all our procurements, materials, equipments are obtained, used or deployed in keeping with prescribed standards and specifications as well as meeting agreed contractual obligations.

In Nigitrade, we take the issue of Quality Management as an obsession.We have stringent Quality Management procedural procedures in place. In order to give effect to this, we use both internal and external processes. Our Quality Management Officers ensure that our products, services and activities pass very strict quality assurance tests before they are delivered to our clients.

We also retain and use external industry Certified Quality Management Consultants to double-check our products and services before they are delivered to our clients. Whenever any anomalies or defects are noticed or detected either our internal or external Quality Management Personnel, such defects are immediately corrected.
